The complex is right in the middle of town, a short walk away from restaurants, shops, activities, and nightlife, including Tamarindos’ famous weekly night market, which happens every Thursday between 6pm and 9pm. Less than 10 minutes will take you to the beach, where you can encounter various wildlife, water activities, and pure relaxation. Everything is at your fingertips!

During the dry season, Tamarindo may experience scheduled water conservation periods due to the weather. However, this villa is equipped with its own water reservoir tank and pump to minimize any inconvenience. If you encounter any issues, our team is always ready to assist with recommendations, tour bookings, or any concerns you may have.
Visitors have full access to the entire unit, including a gated driveway for one car, adding a rare layer of security. The private pool is perfect for cooling down during the midday heat.

We do that work for you! Once everything is booked, please send us your email address so we can send you the activities/tour booklet. Once you know what you want to do, we can connect you with our provider who can help guide you to book it. If you require a shuttle, we can connect you with our professional driver. We just need your flight details and they will be waiting for you at the airport or wherever the pickup is!
Whenever we can, we will try our best to accommodate early check-in requests. In general, our normal check-in time is at 4pm; however, in most situations we will have the property ready prior to. Unfortunately, for check-outs, we are unable to accommodate late check-outs. We need to do a property check to ensure you did not leave anything behind and that the property is as presented on day of check-in. Then the cleaners will come to do a deep clean, followed by the guest service manager doing a third check to ensure all is ready for the next guests!
That's ok! Take your time arriving - everything is set up as a self check-in. You will have all the information once the property is ready to enter and settle down. Should you have any questions, we are available on the Airbnb platform.
We have a great team! Just let us know and we will coordinate a time for our team to address whatever the issue may be. If you have a busy vacation planned, there is no need to change your plans as they know how to get around! If it is a third party that needs to be involved, one of our team members will be supervising their visit.
